Kumo 雲 'Cloud' blended by an award-winning farmer with Samidori, Yabukita, and Gokou cultivars.
Grown in southern part of Uji in the towns of Kumiyama 久御山町, and Joyo 城陽市.
Designed for intensity and full body, with matched umami and creaminess.
Tasting notes:
80c/176f: recommended for diluted use such as Iced tea, Matcha latte.
75c/167f: less pronounced intensity, recommended for Usucha, Iced Tea, Matcha latte.
