This 14 day shaded Sencha is also known as Kabuse-cha, meaning shaded tea.
Okuro presents refreshingly rich depth, savory cladded pleasing umami. Lightly steamed to preserve depth and flavors, this tea presents complex flavors we expect from delicate high grade Gyokuro.

Recommended brewing ratios
Hot brew: 4g : 120ml. 75c 90s.
Cold brew: 3g : 100ml. 24 - 48hrs. Simply combine both parts and keep refrigerated.
