The problem with spring, mineral, and tap water:
Water heavy of metals, minerals, and chlorine will have a taste of it's own. I quickly noticed the Matcha I made with Mineral water tasted far different than the same tea in our producer's tea room.

At 40.5ppm, this water additive utilizes 4 proven mineral salts to restore 'empty' distilled water. The effects are most noticeable on Teas that are not thematically occupied with Bitter Astringent factors.

Ingredients	Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium. (MgCl₂·6H₂O, CaCl₂, KHCO₃, NaHCO₃)
Packaging	1 oz Boston Glass Bottle or 2 oz Boston Glass Bottle w/ Glass Dropper
Instructions	1 oz Gallon dose: Simply add content into a gallon jug, and shake with vigor.
