Rafael B Hanami shares an egg yolk characteristic with its sibling Kumo so if you’re curious I recommend a slightly higher water ratio to tone down the salt factor. As an usucha it has notes of smooth earthy and nuttiness that reminds me of a quality baguette. As a latte I needed to be more conservative with my ratios to bring out some light earthy and savoriness but its main quality is a high creaminess that is just pleasant. For its price point and performance I highly recommend this as an every day option!
