as a koicha Yume is moderately deep with an oceanic, salty taste. as an usucha it is smooth yet still firm with its taste. i think this is a great usucha to consume on a daily basis, without being bored of its notes.
YUME is creamy and elegant, My fav ratio is 3:60
Fragrant and sweet with low bitterness and astringency. The perfect everyday usucha!
3g @ 70c makes a luxurious, full-bodied usucha with a hint of bitterness and zero astringency. Dreaming for more!
Great as an usucha with notes of rich umami and a pleasant finish with no bitterness or astringency. It’s a bit weak as a latte as it gets overpowered by the milk easily. As a koicha its delivery of umami and subtle bitterness is what I would consider to be decent for fans of koicha but alas it is not for me. A bit pricey for how I experienced Yume but not a bad matcha whatsoever.
