Meticulously grown in Uji city by 6th generation Tencha producer Hasegawa family 長谷川.

Shaded over 40 days, with hand-picked leaves from luxury cultivars Samidori, and Asahi. These two Kyoto born cultivars are form a harmonious partnership, blending unique flavors to share the center stage.

An exemplary display of Uji focus and dedication, with a soft creamy mouthfeel, voluminous aromatic flavors, and keen radiant Umami.

Tasting notes: Tender greens, Milk chocolate, Umami.

Recommended temperature: 70c/158f: Brews and preserves delicate flavors.
